Heat and Eat Christmas Dinner

 These fully cooked meals are delivered to your door with simple reheating directions and can be ready for your table in less than 1 hour.   Each meal serves 8-10 adults and includes:

 

Port and Plum Braised Beef Brisket

 

Choice of 4 Sides

Rosemary and Sea Salt Artesian Rolls (DF)

AuGratin Potatoes with Gruyere and Fresh Thyme (GF)

Chipotle Mashed Sweet Potatoes (GF, DF upon request)

Green Bean Almandine (GF)  

Maple and Dijon Roasted Carrots (GF, DF)

Bacon and Balsamic Roasted Brussel Sprouts (GF, DF)

Kale and Butternut Squash Salad with Pomegranate, Candied Pecans, Goat Cheese and a Fig Vinaigrette (GF, DF upon request)

Apple Cranberry Crisp with Fresh Whipped Cream (GF upon request)

Chocolate Brownie Trifle with Layers of Homemade Brownie, Chocolate Mousse, and Whipped Cream

Add more sides or desserts for an additional charge.  Delivery included within 20 minutes of Brighton.   Payment can be made by cash or check upon delivery or in advance by credit card.   All meals will be delivered the afternoon of Dec 23rd.
